We offer 7,600 sq. m. so anyone can find his space here. You can utilize our ICT background provided by our own data center and the related cloud services and IoT platform.
We understand that entrepreneurship today is less connected with a physical space in certain fields. We do have environment and services for such companies and projects as well.
Outside of conference halls there are also meeting rooms available that can be rented, starting on one-hour period. Presentation equipment is of course included.

You can rent non-residential space in the vicinity of the historical city center of Pisek. The whole area is inhabited by approximately 70,000 inhabitants. The area of the former barracks has 80,000 sq. m. of development area and can be found near the North Industrial Zone Pisek. The city itself lies on an important cross-road Prague-Budweis-Pilsen. The regional centers of Strakonice, Milevsko, and Tabor lie within reach. The office placement is ideal from the point of view of the possible collaboration with partners in Prague, Linz, or Passau.
